How to send cash

  • How to send cash from the ATM

    1. Insert your card and enter PIN
    2. Select the “More” services option
    3. Select “Money Voucher” option
    4. Enter value of voucher to be purchased (multiples of 5000)
    5. Create a 4-digit PIN for the recipient and confirm
    6. Enter mobile number of recipient
    7. Confirm transaction
    8. Money voucher ID is displayed and receipt printed
    9. Send the 4–digit PIN and the voucher ID to the recipient to claim funds

    1. Select “cardless services”
    2. Enter money voucher ID and PIN provided by sender
    3. Enter the exact amount sent by the sender
    4. Confirm transaction
    5. ATM will dispense the voucher amount

  • How to deposit cash

    1. Insert your debit card and enter your PIN at any NBC ATM.
    2. Select the ‘Cash Deposit’ option.
    3. Insert your notes in the deposit slot (up to 40 notes at a go).
    4. Click ‘Done’ to finish your transaction or ‘Add more’ for more deposits.
    5. Confirm the deposit and collect your deposit slip.
